Last night April 20th, marked the launch of the brand new pizza pasta specialised restaurant. One of the newest additions to the West Quay Watermark development, it fits right in with the authentic feel of each new entrant. Only their second location in the UK (aside from Bristol) they serve the most amazing 18” pizzas, designed to be shared or doggy-bagged up and taken home to enjoy the next day.

As you enter, the décor features fresh ingredients and lots of warm and inviting tables. The two kitchens are split by speciality, one for pizza and one for pasta. You can watch the artisans at work creating the huge pizzas and there are so many choices on the menu. Anything from salmon pizza, to chestnut toppings and shrimp pasta. They even have brie salads too! There’s something for everyone, veggies, gluten free and meat lovers. It’s all made with fresh ingredients and the desserts are a treat too!

All the staff employed are Italian and they pride themselves in being complete perfectionists. The cocktail barman is also a pro, and can knock up a mocktail, a cosmo or a whisky old fashioned (amongst others) in no time.
