Pilates is an incredible practice to experience physical and mental changes to your body and mind. Each class will focus on low impact with high repetitions. I have five many focuses within each class, to work on your posture, technique, stability, strength, and flexibility. Suitable for a variety of levels by adding developments or modifications when needed to work within your limits and give you that extra push.
Currently offering a range of zoom classes through the week, including group classes, 1:1’s and corporate. If you would like a 1:1 in person that can also be arranged if you are in the Southampton area. New zoom classes starting in September.
