Did you know, an average adult can burn up to 130 calories for 30 minutes exercise jumping on a trampoline?!

Exercise can be fairly boring, especially if you’re not the ‘gym bunny’ weight-lifting-17-times-a-week type and finding new ways to incorporate fun fitness gets increasingly harder through busy lifestyles. Luckily for us, Oxygen Free Jumping in Southampton have created a fun indoor trampoline park, to help get that workout in without even feeling like you’re doing the work. Me and the rest of the Soton Bloggers Girls were invited down to Oxygen FreeJumping to have some fun and bounce around!! Take a look at how it went …


I’ve always really been interested in fitness and fun ways to work out without realising you are working out. I love boxing, swimming, yoga amongst others and so I got very excited when the Soton Bloggers girls got invited down to Oxygen FreeJumping in Southampton. We had a short safety training video and talk at the start and put on our special yellow socks (with grips on the bottom) and were then let loose into the trampoline park! I had been here once before but quite a while ago, probably when it first opened, and a few things this time had changed. There were more activities to do and more Jumpers teaching you how to do tricks. We were allowed our own little area so we could film each other falling around and attempting to be graceful! The trampolines were so much fun and it really does wear you out! Its a great way to keep fit and have fun at the same time and you can even go to classes to learn some of the cool stunts and make a hobby out of it!

It’s fabulous fun if you’re with the kids or if you’re a big kid like me and fancy something different! You definitely feel like you’ve used all your muscles after (so why not pick up some healthy snacks from the Lidl store underneath?) and it’s something to look forward to if you aren’t a fan of the ordinary gym.
