Everyone welcome. The perfect way to relax, unwind, let go of any stress or tension and refresh the body and mind. The powerful full moon is also the perfect time to let go of anything that no longer serves you. . This is something that we will focus on in this session. Venue: Edmund Kell Unitarian Church, Bellevue Road, Southampton SO15 2AY.

I use a variety of sound healing instruments collected from my travels around the world, along with some very special and powerful gongs, to create a completely immersive sound and vibration experience that will take you on a magical journey and leave you feeling fantastic and revitalised. Perfect for a great start to your weekend. Come along, lay down in our warm, cosy, candle lit venue and treat yourself to some well deserved ‘you time’.
