Women’s Lakeside Retreat

Overview

Join us on April 20th for our women’s Lakeside Retreat in Southampton! We will be starting the day off with fresh air by the water to calm our senses and get us ready for a day of mental wellbeing and learning to take care of ourselves. Agenda as follows:

• Rise & Shine Shore Walk
• Personal Development Workshop
• Meditation
• Cold Water Therapy & Wim Hoff Breath work
• 1 hour Private Lake Hire exclusively for our group
• Food for the soul
• Gratitude Circle
• Yoga

Join our community of powerful women, practice self-care and self-love, and learn what it is to look after you. We do our best to bring different elements each time, so if you’re returning for another or you’ve never been, you are in for a treat! We cannot wait to welcome you! 8am – 3pm, 20th April, at Andark Lake in Southampton. £20 deposit required to secure a space, full ticket price £125. Full payment will be due 2 weeks before the event.
