Blue’s is a place where you roll-up your sleeves and get stuck-in to a menu full of American smokehouse favourites, southern specials, burgers galore and more. To go with our menu backed with incredible, authentic flavour our bar is stocked with American bourbon, fully loaded specialty cocktails and a selection of handpicked, favourite craft beers – we truly put the bar in bar-b-que.

We don’t stand on ceremony, in fact, we smoke it and serve it! Known for our fun, relaxed atmosphere, time spent at Blue’s is about loosening your belt, getting a crowd together and enjoying wallet-friendly feasts with friends and family.
