This is a great gift idea with the afternoon tea started Saturday 26th June. Tea for two is £45 and a will be a great voucher to slot in a card for some quality time with your Dad. With their afternoon tea including beer, honey and mustard glazed pigs in blankets, the traditional smoked salmon and cream cheese and cheese scones and salted caramel brownies there is something for everyones pallet. Grand Cafe is also a close walk to the sea front in ocean village for a nice walk to boat spot afterwards with Dad in tow.
  3. MIGHTY ADVENTURES MINI-GOLF – HEDGE END
Test your aim and get down with the dinosaurs as the Mighty Adventures mini-golf course in Hedge End.Competitive score keeping is one to watch here! Although, the drive in range next door may be more your thing depending on your skill set. This is a great day out for Dad’s with younger children or those who just love a giggle, rain is forecast this weekend but you could always delay or I’ve heard mini golf in the rain is a recipe for lots of laughs! Depending on the weather don’t forget sunscreen and hydrate with a bottle of water or a rain mac and a flask of tea!
  4. A TRIP TO THE SAINTS STORE – GIFT IDEA
Do you have a Southampton fan for a Dad? With the Saints Store in both West Quay and in the stadium, instead of just buying a gift, why not grab them a gift card, head for a coffee in a local coffee shop and then let them go and spend their voucher with you there and make a day of it. With the new kit available and also mugs and other slightly cheaper items and more expensive items, there’s something for everyones budget.
  5. BOMBAY SAPPHIRE GIN DISTILLERY – GIN TOUR & MASTERCLASS
Do you have a gin loving Dad? Gin has become incredibly popular over the years and with gin being a really interesting drink to distill and learn about a tour go the distillery or a masterclass in gin cocktails and a visit to the shop to buy lots of gin afterwards is a must. This has always been a booking in advance place but you’re not limited to Father’s Day for this and again, is a great gift to give a voucher attached to a bottle of gin for your great day out. Adult tickets are £17.50 each, so not overly expensive for the experience too.
